Our life is in one cycle, which is always circulating.
It happens over generation, our cells and our energy, emotions too.
Have you thought about your emotion carefully before?

But the people say how? If our reality tough, of course, we cannot be happy.
If our result was very negative how can we keep our feeling positive?
We don't know the answer, we feel helpless in our life...
But the life can create freely, isn't it?

What's universal flow of energy?
If you have studied Usui Reiki, you might come into the mind "What's universal flow of energy?",
Reiki is well-known as "universal energy" which bring energy to us, and to all creatures for our vitality.
Universe is huge, and some said that it is too far to imagine.
There is the word of awareness from Usui Mikao, founder of Usui Reiki, he said;
"Universe is me, me is universe"
This word explained universe and us is the same thing. the oneness, that all the thing around us is exactly same.
Before we think about universal flow of energy, have you ever thought the rhythm inside us, of the nature;
When full moon, high possibility that mothers gave birth to the babies, when ebb tide, high possiblity that sick people died, we can also find sea turtle gave birth to the baby turtles when full moon, so our rhythm of whole life is resonated with universal flow.
There are 3 main movements within our energy,
Receive, circulate, discharge
However, our life rhythem would get interuption some time, so we cannot go with the natural flow, I think this is energy concerned for maintainance.
When your body fulfilled with energy, you feel refreshed, calm and peace, on the other hand, your energy flow in trouble, you will feel stuck, uncomfortable and irritated.

Benefits of Breathing Method

Parenting Story, 'kids are innocent'
If you are already parenting children, I think you know the life become something very different before you have your children.
For me, it was like climbing big mountain for challenge. In other words, I am receiveing good stimulus every day.
And you might happen that it is trouble that your kids no longer listen what you said, the kids start to talk some very naughty, impolite words... there are many books regarding those problems for parents, 'how to talk to children so that they will ....'
I am the one who suffer this problem too, I even thought it was almost hopeless to be fixed few weeks ago.
I then went into my inner self and ask 'How should I communicate with my kids?'
But in the way of cycle map, 'what feeling do I want when I communicate with my kids?'
I searched my true feeling, and I found that is innocent heart and feeling of fun!
If I think the way of being parent, I never have this answer, 'innocent, fun'.
I think I should answer if I am parent of them, secure, safe and joy. maybe..
My soul got relief by finding this answer immediately, and I could change my way of communication with children.
I thought it only work in imagination, but I now work with my children very well.
My kids are listening more to what I said and I really enjoy conversation with them!

What do we really need to do for world peace?
Coming back to Hong Kong, I am enjoying the life in Hong Kong again.
I met one people today she said she doesn't like Hong Kong very much, yes I had some memories before when I just arrived Hong Kong.
It was very sad that I couldn't understand the people said to me, I was always crying at home><
Being as international people, I would like to wish world peace.
What is world peace?
Everybody wish for world peace, however, there are wars somewhere in the world, there is argue about small island between China, Korea and Japan.
What can we do for world peace?
Thinking about these things, it is long way go like thinking something else far from ideal life.
But I believe if each people on the earth can go through our true positive feeling, it would only become world peace.
Recently many teachers say to their students, "Control your emotions" or "Behave!". Controlling the emotions is not suprresion of emotions, but realise our true emotions.
Every people experience sad, anger, anxious, irritated on the other hand we can also experience positive feeling such as happy, joy, excited and relaxed.
Our true meaning of life is not only for experiencing sad, angry feeling but for positive, optimistic feeling.
If we go through our true emotions which leads productive action, so our future will be very bright.
What can we learn from our past history? Maybe it was always same problems occuring again and again in our past. Why are we looking for goal? How can we accompolish successful life?
So this is the question that we should ask is " What emotion do you choose?"

Why difficult to connect with energy?
It is almost 2 years back when first time I read one Reiki book, which was re-published again in 1980s, I knew that Mr Asuke is the founder of excersise for energy flow for health.
I was wondering if I could learn this method from the teacher.
My dream comes true this year, I met his wife, Mrs Asuke this summer and learnt about this excersise.
It was totally fantastic, and the practice of this movement is really deep, I thought.
Yoga is popular way recently that many people like to do this, on the other hand, if you force your body to do yoga movement leads complaints pain and still needs relief.
I think any method will have correct answers, sometimes we went to the wrong way which gives us big chance for learning something new for our life.
Mrs. Asuke said to me this,
'It is very difficult to flow the energy when we have the trouble of hardness of the body, reboundness of consiousness.'
Yes, It realy makes sense, I thought.
Even we know how to flow the energy when we once received attunement from Reiki teacher, still the pain comes and don't know how to get relief by ourself, because it is in our back that our hands hardly reach this place, some people got connection with reiki energy easily after the attunement while some didn't. This is because there is 'Reboundness of consiousness', what is this reboundness of consiousness?
It happens if we couldn't understand reiki well, if we have suspicion about energy.
Rememeber, if you practice reiki, the energy comes with heart and body together.

Reiki and energy protection
When I am teaching reiki to people, some asked me about energy protection.
The case when you feel that you want to be protected from bad energy.
However we don't need to think about energy protection during we are practicing reiki.
This is called JOREI（除霊）in Japanese, means special talented people removing bad spirits or bad energy from you or specific place/stuff.
Those concept has often appeared in our habits and cultural side.
In Japan, part of our custom, if we feel unlucky or feel that we have been obsessed with someone or something, feel lack of energy and so on, some people would try this method.
Reiki Healing is different from this JOREI, actually we don't need to focus about those bad energy or bad spirit.
If we could think that we are the part of the universe and nature, we, ourself is just the tiny existence.
Reiki practicing is simple that when we connected to reiki energy, there is no bad energy, we can say we have no room to think about bad energy any more when praciticng reiki.
By doing this, we can reset & boost the energy all the time, more we practice stronger the energy we practice with, when your energy reached strong enough, it will spread around, we finally can become light itself.
元気 in japanese, meaning energitic, fine, when you feel 元気, it means you fill full of energy, when you are in full of energy, you could get inspirations, when you are in full of energy, you want to help others, when you are in full of energy, you want to take challenges.
元気 will lead us to health, when people feel healthy, we can do anything.
The energy is in the circulation like water, the movement, in changable status.
So all the energy need is the FLOW.
Energy can be special but can be mediocre at the same time. Do you know why?

In usui reiki teaching, there is 5 doctorin (GOKAI in japanese), have you heard of it before?

These words are very simple that teach you reset your self everyday.
By the way, how do you recognize the concept of [time]?
Time is made of past, now, and future.
<PAST>
If you are too angry, you are always stuck this emotion, you might spend the days like being in the past. As if you are always angry for something that happened to you before.
<FUTURE>

When lack of energy in us...
When we felt lack of energy....
*We don't want to do anything
*We have something we want to do, but we don't make action
*Lack of inspiration and intuition
*Feel exhausted all the time, even when you wake up
*Our natural healing ability decreases
*Easy to be sick
*Feel that we are not lucky
When we felt full of energy....
*Feel miracle that we made something great
*Lots of inspiration and intuition
*Feel energetic
*Make quick decision and action
*Feel lucky
*Want to help out in society
Most important thing is to understand that we can manage our energy, can recharge the energy by our self. It is not only we are JUST lucky, but we bring this luck with energy by our self.
Practicing Reiki is something you can get ideas in those situation.
